Yorkshire Wolds Way

To train to do our project, we start walking one of the 19 National Trails that there are around England, Wales and Scotland.
This National Trail begins in Hessle (nr. Humber Bridge) and finishes 79 miles later in Filey crossing East and North Yorkshire.

You can see the route on Google Maps. This has been designed to link with the official guidebook by Roger Ratcliffe, with the route divided into 5 day stages.

We have done...

1st. STAGE
Hessle to South Cave (13 miles).


2nd. STAGE
South Cave to North Newbald (7 miles).


3rd. STAGE
North Newbald to Goodmanham (6,5 miles)


4th. STAGE
Goodmanham to Millington (8 miles)

5th. STAGE
Millington to Fridaythorpe (9,5 miles)

Wharram le Street - West Haslerton (9 miles)
